Whether it’s for a few hours a day or overnight, I will help build confidence and provide support, to all members of your new family, in the comfort of your home.

In-Home Support
  • breastfeeding support and instruction
  • infant soothing skills
  • coping skills for new parents
  • caring for newborn while mom rests or showers,
meal preparation as well as nutritional guidance and the completion of errands (e.g., grocery shopping)
  • light household tasks
  • assistance with sibling adjustment & care
  • accompanying mother and infant to doctor appointments
  • phone support for 3 months after our time together is finished

Multiples Support - twins, triplets or more...
  • In-home support outlined above with an emphasis on the unique needs of a family with more than one baby.
  • help setting up your home in an optimal way for multiples
  • assistance with developing routines
  • support in developing sleep routines

Overnight Support
  • overnight stay from 10:00pm to 6:00am
  • night latching or bottle feeding with doula assistance
  • record of wet diapers and/or fluid intake as necessary
  • soothing and settling baby back to sleep after each feed

Recognizing that every family is unique, I suggest parents plan for 3-6 weeks of postpartum support. As your parenting journey unfolds, and any initial challenges are overcome, our time together can be adjusted.
